Improving life outcomes for community members of the North Philadelphia Hunting Park-East Tioga community.

We are dedicated to working with our neighbors to address the issues of systemic violence, poverty, and disinvestment that have affected our community. We make impactful change by delivering high-quality programs and services based on the needs and preferences of the neighbors and by serving as the community backbone for collective action. Our holistic approach creates the conditions for both current residents and future generations to be happy, healthy, and civically engaged.
